It’s normal for two batteries to show slightly different percentages when viewed separately.
- SOC is calculated from voltage, and each battery does this individually.
- Small differences are expected, but when combined, the system balances them.
- As long as voltages are aligned, you’re still using the full combined capacity.
Solution:
- A calibration can bring percentage readings closer together.
- Firmware updates may also improve accuracy.
Troubleshooting:
- If the voltages are more than ~0.5V apart, a calibration is recommended.
