My Two Batteries Show Different Percentages

It’s normal for two batteries to show slightly different percentages when viewed separately.

  • SOC is calculated from voltage, and each battery does this individually.
  • Small differences are expected, but when combined, the system balances them.
  • As long as voltages are aligned, you’re still using the full combined capacity.

Solution:

  • A calibration can bring percentage readings closer together.
  • Firmware updates may also improve accuracy.

Troubleshooting:

  • If the voltages are more than ~0.5V apart, a calibration is recommended.

When to Contact Support:

If large discrepancies persist after calibration.
