If your All-in-One (AIO) unit is reporting as offline or not communicating remotely, performing a hard reset can often resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below carefully to complete a full system reboot.
Step-by-Step Shutdown Procedure
- Turn off the battery:
Press the silver button to turn off the battery (it should no longer be illuminated blue). Then, switch the battery breaker into the down (off) position. - Turn off the rotary isolator:
Rotate the isolator into the off position. - Switch off the AIO breakers:
These are located in the Gateway. Flip them down into the off position.
Ensure there are no lights visible on the AIO unit before proceeding.
Restart Procedure
Once the system is fully shut down and the AIO unit is completely powered off, you can begin powering it back on by reversing the above steps:
- Switch the AIO breakers up into the on position.
- Turn the rotary isolator back to the on position.
- Switch the battery breaker up, then press the silver button to turn the battery back on (it should illuminate blue).
Allow a few minutes for the system to fully reboot. Once restarted, your unit should report back online.
